By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through this website, you (“Buyer” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order is placed.
This includes, but is not limited to: buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, changes in market conditions, regulatory misunderstandings, or shipping delays.
All products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Ignite makes no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Natural variation in agricultural products is expected and does not constitute a defect.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for storage, handling, resale, distribution, labeling, marketing, and end use of all products. Ignite is not responsible for how products are used, modified, repackaged, or resold after delivery.
Products are federally compliant at the time of shipment under applicable hemp regulations. Compliance responsibility transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Certificates of Analysis are provided for transparency only and reflect results at the time of testing. COAs do not guarantee future results, effects, or outcomes.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not ship until payment has fully cleared.
Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited and constitute a breach of contract. Ignite reserves the right to contest chargebacks, recover fees, permanently ban customers, and pursue legal action where applicable.
Processing and shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory availability, payment clearance, carrier issues, weather, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed off to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for filing any carrier claims.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order.
Ignite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Oregon courts.
By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and are authorized to purchase on behalf of your business.
